Welcome! Our commitment at School No. 28 and The Paterson Academy for the Gifted and Talented is to provide a safe and intellectually challenging environment- one that will empower students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers, and inspired learners prepared to thrive in the twenty-first century.

High standards and expectations for each student in regard to academic performance and responsible citizenship are the foundation of our school. It is with pride that we hold these high standards and ask each of our students to commit to maintaining these expectations, which will be the legacy of School No. 28.

We have a strong faculty, a supportive PTO, and wonderful community support. Our attitude is we will do “whatever it takes” to help our students be successful as we strive for Excellence Everyday!
